His experience extends from systems selection, design and implementation to HR Transformation, benchmarking and analytics. He has experience with a wide selection of enabling technologies, including Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft through SuccessFactors and WorkDay to ServiceNow and FootPrints. His twin experience in HR Technology and HR Transformation ensures a balanced and business-focused approach to organisational issues and strategies. Lyle is able to operate across the entire HR value chain and provide strong, technically sound insight and support from strategy to execution.
